Wherever water flows, flowers grow...

When God desires to give us His assistance,
He moves our tendency to lamentation.

O happy are the eyes lamenting Him!
How blessed are the hearts that burn for Him!

When weeping ends there is a smile at last.
How happy is the man who is far-sighted!

Wherever waters flowing, flowers grow,
and mercy flows wherever tears are flowing.

Groan like the water-wheel and be moist-eyed
that green may grow the meadows of your soul.

If you want tears, show mercy to the tearful;
if you want mercy, show the weak your mercy

The dua of elders

"When an elder dies, one of your doors for dua has closed. So while they‟re living, make the best of that relationship and ask them for their duas" - Imam Tahir Anwar.

So many deep meanings in life, hidden within the beauty of every relationship we have, subahannallah.

Coz it's that time of year

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْـتَنِي وَ عَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي
Oh Allah! Make useful for me what You taught me and teach me knowledge that will be useful to me

للَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فَهْمَ النَّ بِيِّينَ وَ حِفْظَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
Oh Allah! I ask You for the understanding of the prophets and the memory of the messengers, and those nearest to You

إِنَّكَ عَلَى مَا تَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ وَ أَنْتَ حَسْـبُنَا اللَّهُ وَ نِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Oh Allah! Nothing is easy except what You have made easy. If You wish, You can make the difficult easy

May we be among those who study to serve Him and who work to serve Him. May we be students who are eager to learn and eager to benefit, may we apply what we know.
May Allah allow us to be among those who are persistent in their studies and work with steadfastness. May Allah allow us to be those who are kept afar from the dangerous world of procrastination!! May Allah allow us to make a positive contribution to the Ummah!! Ameen.
